Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023I. Allgemeine Angaben Die Bilanz zum 29. Mai 2023 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt worden. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Die Gesellschaft firmiert unter dem Namen Climate-KIC GmbH mit Sitz in Berlin und wird im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Charlottenburg, Berlin, unter der Handelsregisternummer HRB 171530 geführt. Mit Eintragung in das Handelsregister am 30. Juni 2020 wurde die Gesellschaft durch Gesellschafterbeschluss aufgelöst. Nettovermögen und -schulden in Höhe von insgesamt wurden mit Wirkung zum 1. Januar 2020 auf die deutsche Niederlassung der Climate-KIC Holding BV übertragen. Zur Abwicklung der Geschäfte der Gesellschaft wurde ein Liquidator benannt. Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemachtwerden können, sind weitestgehend im Anhang aufgeführt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB und hat größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses teilweise in Anspruch genommen. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Aktiva Umlaufvermögen Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert oder mit dem am Bilanzstichtag niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Das Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wird zum Nennwert am Bilanzstichtagbilanziert. III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Forderungen und Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Sämtliche Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Forderungen gegen den Gesellschafter bestehen in Höhe von €517.810,68. Eigenkapital Das Gezeichnete Kapital beträgt € 25.000,00 und ist vollständig eingezahlt. IV. Sonstige Angaben Belegschaft Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Jahresdurchschnitt keine Mitarbeiter (Vorjahr: 0 Mitarbeiter). Konzernzugehörigkeit Das Unternehmen wird in den Konzernabschluss der Climate-Holding B.V. (kleinster Konsolidierungskreis) einbezogen.
