Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2015AMITERA GmbH, Achim1. Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2015 der AMITERA GmbH, Achim, wird auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften sind die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet worden. Die AMITERA GmbH ist eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267a Abs. 1 HGB. Für Zwecke der Berichtslegung werden die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften angewendet. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Das Grundstück wird zu den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Die Vorräte werden unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Ausgaben vor dem Bilanzstichtag, die Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit danach darstellen, werden aktivisch abgegrenzt. Die Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Sie entsprechen den zu erwartenden Aufwendungen. Verbindlichkeiten sind zum jeweiligen Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. 3. Sonstige Angaben Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres sind die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch den Kaufmann Herrn Kai Amir-Sehhi geführt worden. Er ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Der Geschäftsführung sind weder Vorschüsse noch Kredite gewährt worden. Haftungsverhältnisse zugunsten des Organs bestehen zum Bilanzstichtag nicht.
