Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss und zu den Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDer Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der gesetzlichen Vorschriften erstellt. Bei der erstmaligen Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses nach dem Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG) war eine Anpassung nicht erforderlich. Über die angewandten Bewertungsmethoden wird wie folgt berichtet: Anlagevermögen Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Forderungen Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich zum Nennwert angesetzt. Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter bestehen zum Bilanzstichtag in Höhe von EUR 15.142,75 (Vj.: TEUR 25). Sonstige Rückstellungen Sonstige Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Verpflichtungen gebildet. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren sind nicht vorhanden. B. Sonstige AngabenDie Gesellschaft wurde im Berichtszeitraum durch ihren Geschäftsführer, Herrn Franz Kraus, Kaufmann, vertreten.
