Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2018der YOOU GmbH, München
Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und unter Beachtung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften aufgestellt worden. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 HGB auf. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BILMoG) aufgestellt. Den Grundsätzen ordnungsgemäßer Buchführung wurde Rechnung getragen.
Die Bilanzierung der immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgt zu Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten unter Berücksichtigung nutzungsbedingter planmäßiger Abschreibungen. Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen nach § 253 Abs. 2 Satz 3 HGB liegen nicht vor.
Die Bilanzierung der Sachanlagen erfolgt zu Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten unter Berücksichtigung nutzungsbedingter planmäßiger Abschreibungen. Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen nach § 253 Abs. 2 Satz 3 HGB liegen nicht vor. Ab dem Jahr 2010 werden die geringwertigen Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens mit Einzelanschaffungskosten bis netto EUR 410,00 werden gem. § 6 Abs. 2 EStG im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben und als Abgang im Anlagenspiegel berücksichtigt.
Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind grundsätzlich mit ihren Nominalwerten aktiviert. Auf die Bildung einer Pauschalwertberichtigung bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurde verzichtet.
Die liquiden Mittel werden mit den Nennwerten angesetzt
Als Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden auf der Aktivseite Ausgaben vor dem Stichtag ausgewiesen, soweit sie Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen.
Das gezeichnete Kapital entspricht dem Stammkapital laut Gesellschaftsvertrag sowie der Handelsregistereintragung und ist voll eingezahlt.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen die bestehenden und erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und sind jeweils in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig erscheint.
Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten sind grundsätzlich mit den Rückzahlungs‑ bzw. Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.
