ANHANGder Firma: Step Retail Concept GmbH Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethode a) Bilanzierungsmethode Die Bilanzaufstellung erfolgt vor Berücksichtigung der Ergebnisverwendung. Gesetzliche Aktivierungs- oder Passivierungswahlrechte bestanden im o.g. Geschäftsjahr nicht. Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden hinsichtlich Bewertung und des Ausweises die Vorschriften des HGB und des GmbHG beachtet. Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgte nach § 266 HGB. b) Bewertungsmethode Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen für abnutzbare Wirtschaftsgüter erfolgen nach der linearen Methode unter Zugrundelegung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungs-dauer. Bei den im steuerlichen Sinne geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgütern mit Anschaffungs-kosten bis 150,00 € wird von der steuerlichen Bewertungsfreiheit durch Sofortab-schreibung Gebrauch gemacht. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Normalwert angesetzt. Das Eigenkapital ist nach § 283 HGB mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Rückstellungen sind für die gesetzlich zugelassenen Zwecke in Höhe der wahr-scheinlichen Verpflichtungen oder der erkennbaren Risiken gebildet worden, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.
