Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2020A. Allgemeine Angaben a) Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen Die Platingroup GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Stuttgart. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Stuttgart unter HRB 725569 eingetragen. b) Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Gliederungs-, Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften wurden die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet. Dabei wurden die Gliederungsvorschriften der §§ 266 ff. HGB beachtet. In der Bilanz sind Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber den Gesellschaftern nicht gesondert ausgewiesen. Es handelt sich hierbei um die Position "Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände", auf die in den Angaben zur Bilanz noch detaillierter eingegangen wird. B. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden richten sich nach den Vorschriften des HGB. Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter der Annahme der Fortführung der Gesellschaft aufgestellt. Zu den angewandten Bewertungsmethoden ist im Einzelnen festzustellen: a) Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens sind mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet. b) Fertige Erzeugnisse und Waren sind mit Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Fremdkapitalzinsen sind nicht aktiviert. c) Risiken im Forderungsbestand wurden durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung ausreichend berücksichtigt. Einzelwertberichtigungen waren nicht erforderlich. d) Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung mit dem notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. e) Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen bilanziert. Abweichungen in den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden zum Vorjahr liegen nicht vor. C. Angaben zur Bilanz a) Die Abschreibungen des Anlagevermögens stellen sich wie folgt dar:
b) Die "Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände" sind sämtlich innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Darin sind kurzfristige Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von € 130.080,29 enthalten. c) Die geforderten Angaben zu den Verbindlichkeiten ergeben sich wie folgt:
d) Das Unternehmen ist bilanziell überschuldet. Seitens der Gesellschaft wurde jedoch eine positive Fortbestehensprognose vorgelegt. D. Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft waren im Berichtszeitraum: Herr Oliver Klatt, Dipl.-Betriebswirt, Stuttgart, alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit Herr Christian Storz, Dipl.-Betriebswirt, Stuttgart, alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit (bis 16. März 2021)
