Anhang zum 31. Dezember 2013A. AllgemeinesDie EGGERT Communications GmbH wurde mit Gesellschaftsvertrag vom 22. Dezember 2005 gegründet. Mit Eintragung der Gesellschaft beim Handelsregister (AG Düsseldorf HRB 53405) seit dem 7. Februar 2006 eingetragen. Die Gesellschaft ist zum Bilanzstichtag eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2013 wurde entsprechend nach den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften aufgestellt. Für die Darstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. B. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDie Bilanzierung und Bewertung erfolgte nach einheitlichen handelsrechtlichen und steuerrechtlichen Grundsätzen. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Bankguthaben werden mit dem Nominalwert angesetzt. Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt und sind kurzfristig. C. ERLÄUTERUNG ZUR BILANZ1. Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen Der Ausweis betrifft die EGGERT GROUP GmbH & Co. KG, deren Komplementärin die Gesellschaft ist. 2. Sonstige Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen beinhalten Abschlusskosten. 3. Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten Die Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten sind sämtlich innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. D. ERLÄUTERUNG ZUR GEWINN- UND VERLUSTRECHNUNGIn der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung werden im Wesentlichen die Haftungsvergütung der EGGERT GROUP GmbH &Co. KG sowie die sonstigen Aufwendungen im Zusammenhang mit dem laufenden Unterhalt des Geschäftsbetriebes sowie Zinserträge ausgewiesen. E. SONSTIGE ANGABEN1. Geschäftsführung Geschäftsführer der EGGERT Communications GmbH ist Herr Dipl.-Kfm. Sven Eggert (MBA), Düsseldorf. Der Geschäftsführer ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. 2. Ergebnisverwendung Der Geschäftsführer schlägt vor, den Jahresfehlbetrag mit dem bestehenden Gewinnvortrag zu verrechnen und auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. 3. Angabe gemäß § 285 Nr. 11a HGB Die Gesellschaft ist persönlich haftende Gesellschafterin (Komplementärin) der EGGERT GROUP GmbH &Co. KG, Düsseldorf.
