ANHANGzum 31. Dezember 2010 der Interoute Deutschland GmbH, Düsseldorf A. Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2010 der Interoute Deutschland GmbH wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und den relevanten Vorschriften des GmbHG erstellt. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapital-gesellschaft. B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze blieben gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert. Die Bewertung der immateriellen Anlagewerte und des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen. Soweit notwendig, werden außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen vorgenommen. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Die Anteile an verbundenen Unternehmen werden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Bei voraussichtlich dauernden Wertminderungen werden Abschreibungen auf den niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert vorgenommen. Vorräte werden grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Soweit die Verwertbarkeit eingeschränkt ist, werden Abschreibungen auf den niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert vorgenommen, Zuschreibungen erfolgen, soweit sie sich aus der Marktsituation ergeben. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden grundsätzlich mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Fremdwährungsforderungen sind zum Entstehungskurs oder zum niedrigeren Kurs am Bilanzstichtag bewertet. Bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen werden erkennbare Einzelrisiken durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Kassenbestände und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten werden zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten betreffen Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag, die Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tage darstellen. Die Auflösung der Posten erfolgt linear entsprechend dem Zeitablauf. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten auf der Grundlage einer vorsichtigen kaufmännischen Beurteilung. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Fremdwährungs-verbindlichkeiten sind zum Entstehungskurs oder zum höheren Kurs am Bilanzstichtag bewertet. Die passiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten enthalten Einnahmen vor dem Abschlussstichtag, die zu Erträgen für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Abschlussstichtag führen. Die Auflösung der Posten erfolgt linear entsprechend dem Zeitablauf. C. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz D. Bilanz 1. 5. Eigenkapital Das gezeichnete Kapital der Gesellschaft beträgt zum 31.12.2010 EUR 9.623.535,79. Die Kapitalrücklage beträgt zum 31.12.2010 EUR 2.309.931,94. 6. Rückstellungen Die Rückstellungen haben sich wie folgt entwickelt:

1. Geschäftsführung
Die Geschäftsführer James Michael Kinsella und
Robert Kirk McNeal sind am 20.12.2010 zurückgetreten.
Die beiden Geschäftsführer sind nicht bei der
Interoute Deutschland GmbH angestellt, so dass die Angabe
zu den Gesamtbezügen der Geschäftsführung
gemäß § 285 Nr. 9 HGB entfällt.
Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wird in den Konzernabschluss der alleinigen Gesellschafterin, Interoute Communications Limited, London (UK), einbezogen.
