Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Der Jahresabschluss für das zum 31. Dezember 2023 endende Geschäftsjahr wurde nach den gesetzlichen Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Vorschriften des Aktiengesetzes zu beachten. Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen nach der linearen Methode, angesetzt. Der Abschreibungszeitraum wird entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer festgelegt. Geringwertige Vermögensgegenstände mit Anschaffungskosten bis € 800,00 werden im Jahr der Anschaffung voll abgeschrieben mit der Unterstellung des Abgangs ebenfalls im Zugangsjahr. Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Rechnungswerten bzw. zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Wertberichtigungen waren nicht erforderlich. Die Rückstellungen wurden für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Sie wurden in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Die sonstigen Rückstellungen umfassen im Wesentlichen Rückstellungen für Tantiemen (TEUR 147) sowie Urlaubsrückstellungen (TEUR 12). Sonstige Angaben Gezeichnetes Kapital Das gezeichnete Kapital in Höhe von € 50.000,00 ist eingeteilt in 50.000,00 auf den Namen lautende Stückaktien. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Von den Verbindlichkeiten betreffen € 36.684,40 (Vorjahr 34.803,35) Verbindlichkeiten aus Steuern.
