ANHANGder Webstyle GmbH zum 31. Dezember 2015 gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 HGB I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2015 wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Dritten Buches des HGB aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Von den Möglichkeiten der verkürzten Bilanzdarstellung gem. § 266 Abs. 1 S. 3 HGB wird Gebrauch gemacht. Die Wertansätze der Bilanz zum 31. Dezember 2014 wurden unverändert übernommen. II. Angaben zur Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethode Die nachstehenden erläuterten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert angewandt. Im Einzelnen wurden folgende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden angewendet: Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um die planmäßige Abschreibung, bilanziert. Die Abschreibungen wurden unverändert nach der linearen Abschreibungsmethode entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer von bis drei Jahren bemessen. Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen, Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen und Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Wertberichtigungen waren nicht erforderlich. Die Rückstellungen wurden in voller Höhe der voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme für alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen gebildet. Sie sind nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung gebildet und unter Beachtung der steuerlichen Vorschriften angesetzt und bewertet wurden. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Als Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden auf der Passivseite Einnahmen vor dem Abschlussstichtag ausgewiesen, soweit sie Ertrag für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen. Die auf den Vorjahresabschluss angewandten Bewertungsmethoden wurden beibehalten. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Gemäß Gesellschaftsvertrag beträgt das Stammkapital EUR 25.000,00. Sicherungsrechte am Gesellschaftsvermögen zu Gunsten Dritter sind nicht bestellt. Haftungsverhältnisse i. S. des § 251 HGB bestanden am Abschlussstichtag nicht. IV. Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführer im Berichtszeitraum war Herr Daniel Fratzscher, Düsseldorf. Im Geschäftsjahr 2015 hatte die Gesellschaft im Jahresdurchschnitt 51 Mitarbeiter. Berlin, 18. März 2016 Daniel Fratzscher Geschäftsführer Der unter Beachtung von §§ 242 ff. und 264 ff. HGB aufgestellte Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr vom 01.01. bis 31.12.2016 ist in der Gesellschafterversammlung am 05. April 2016 festgestellt worden.
