AnhangAllgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss der Arpheus GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes beachten. Nach den in §267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Arpheus GmbH verfügt über kein Sachanlagevermögen. Bei den Darlehen handelt es sich um Gesellschafterdarlehen, die nur zurückgeführt werden müssen, wenn die Gesellschaft über ausreichende Mittel verfügt. Vergleiche Rangrücktrittsvereinbarung vom 29.3.2011 zwischen der Arpheus GmbH und den Gesellschaftern. Die Beteiligung an der Vivomio Gmbh & Co. KG wurde im Jahre 2014 abgeschrieben. Es wurde eine Beteiligung über 3.000,- Euro in die Salescloud GmbH eingegangen, ein Sales as a Service Startup. Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Personen geführt: Geschäftsführer: Herr Marc-Alexander Christ
