Anhang für das Rumpfgeschäftsjahr vom 14. Juni bis 31. Dezember 2010I. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN ZUM JAHRESABSCHLUSS Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften. Die Gliederung der Bilanz entspricht § 266 Abs. 2 und 3 HGB. II. BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend. Die Bewertung wurde trotz der bestehenden bilanziellen Überschuldung weiterhin unter der Annahme der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB) vorgenommen, da die Unternehmensfortführung auf Basis der Planung der Geschäftsführung nicht in Frage gestellt wird. 1. Finanzanlagen Die Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert ausgewiesen. 2. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind grundsätzlich mit ihren Nennwerten aktiviert. 3. Liquide Mittel Die liquiden Mittel werden mit den Nennwerten angesetzt. 4. Sonstige Rückstellungen Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und drohenden Verluste aus schwebenden Geschäften und sind jeweils in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags (d. h. einschließlich zukünftiger Kosten- und Preissteigerungen) angesetzt. 5. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. III. ANGABEN ZUR BILANZ Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. In den Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von EUR 154.563,60 enthalten. IV. SONSTIGE ANGABEN 1. Gesellschaftsorgane Zum Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist bestellt: Herr Oleksandr Chegrynets, Kaufmann (bis 5. April 2011) Herr Robert Morgunov, Kaufmann (ab 1. Februar 2011) 2. Anteilsbesitz Im Folgenden werden die Angaben zu Unternehmen zusammengefasst, an denen die Gesellschaft Anteile von mehr als 20 % hält:
