Der Jahresabschluss der Wollnitz GmbH ist nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Rechnungslegungsvorschriften der §§ 264 ff HGB aufgestellt worden.
2 . Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennwert ausgewiesen. Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.
3. Sonstige Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Die Gesellschaft ist eine Komplementär GmbH mit Sitz in Lahr.
