Anhang zum Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2015der Firma Berlanto GmbH, BerlinI. Allgemeine Angaben und ErläuterungenDer Jahresabschluss der Berlanto GmbH, Berlin, für das Geschäftsjahr vom 01. Januar 2015 bis 31. Dezember 2015 ist nach den deutschen handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften über die Rechnungslegung gemäß §§ 242, 264 ff. HGB sowie der einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Von den Erleichterungsvorschriften gemäß § 288 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht. Auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichts wurde gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 4 HGB verzichtet. Die Tätigkeit der Gesellschaft beschränkt sich auf die Funktion als persönlich haftende Gesellschafterin der B5 + S8 GmbH & Co. KG, Berlin, und der K55 GmbH & Co. KG, Berlin, und deren Geschäftsleitung. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt. II. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsgrundsätzeDie Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden der Gesellschaft sind einzeln unter Beachtung des Vorsichtsprinzips bewertet worden. Bei der Bilanzaufstellung vorhersehbare Risiken und Verluste wurden berücksichtigt. Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses ist von der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit ausgegangen worden. Umlaufvermögen Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nominalwert bewertet. III. Angaben zum GeschäftsjahrBilanz Kapital Das satzungsmäßige gezeichnete Kapital der Gesellschaft beträgt EUR 100.000,00. Dieser Betrag wurde in voller Höhe eingezahlt. IV. Sonstige AngabenAls Geschäftsführer waren im Geschäftsjahr bestellt:
