ANHANGA. Allgemeine Angaben
Die OTB Service GmbH, Grünwald, wird im
Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht München unter der Nr.
HRB 72562 geführt.
Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 wurde unter
Beachtung der für die Gesellschaft geltenden
Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und des
GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.
Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die
Größenkriterien einer kleinen GmbH
gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Von den
für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß
§§ 266, 274a, 276 und 288 HGB geltenden
Erleichterungen für die Aufstellung ihres
Jahresabschlusses wurde teilweise Gebrauch gemacht.
B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu
Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige
Abschreibungen, angesetzt.
Die Vermögensgegenstände des
Sachanlagevermögens werden nach Maßgabe der
voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer linear abgeschrieben.
Die Finanzanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten
angesetzt.
Die Warenbestände werden mit einem Festwert gem.
§ 240 Abs. 3 HGB, die unfertigen Bauten werden zu
Anschaffungskosten, die Forderungen, sonstigen
Vermögensgegenstände und Bankguthaben werden mit
dem Nennwert bzw. zum niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert am
Bilanzstichtag angesetzt.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen
alle bis zur Jahresabschlusserstellung erkennbaren Risiken
und ungewissen Verpflichtungen, die das abgelaufene
Geschäftsjahr betreffen und werden nach
vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung mit dem
Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem
Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
Die Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden mit dem
Zahlungsbetrag angesetzt und entsprechend ihrer Laufzeit
abgegrenzt.
C. Erläuterung des Jahresabschlusses
In den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind
Forderungen gegen einen Gesellschafter in Höhe von
€ 655.225,28 (i. Vj. € 89.850,88) enthalten.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen im
Wesentlichen Jahresabschlusskosten, Rechts- und
Beratungskosten, Personalkosten und ausstehende Rechnungen.
Die erhaltenen Anzahlungen betreffen Vorauszahlungen von
Hotelgästen.
Die Restlaufzeiten der Verbindlichkeiten betragen
jeweils weniger als ein Jahr.
D. Sonstige Angaben
Zur einzelvertretungsberechtigten
Geschäftsführerin war im Geschäftsjahr 2023
Frau Andrea Kustermann, Kauffrau, Grünwald
bestellt.
Die Geschäftsführerin ist von den
Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
2. Arbeitnehmer
Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Durchschnitt 31
(i. Vj. 28) Arbeitnehmer.
3. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen
Der Gesellschaft entstehen jährliche Aufwendungen
aus der Pacht eines Hotelgebäudes in Höhe von
T€ 888.
