ANHANGAllgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft nach § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr wurde gemäß den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches für Kaufleute (§§ 242 ff. HGB) und den ergänzenden Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften wurden die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet. Bei der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren nach § 275 Abs. 2 HGB angewendet. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der

Darüber hinaus wurden Offenlegungserleichterungen nach § 326 HGB in Anspruch genommen. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden entsprechen den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (§§ 238 bis 263 HGB) und den Bestimmungen des Gesellschaftsvertrages. Darüber hinaus hat die Gesellschaft die ergänzenden Vorschriften zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden für Kapitalgesellschaften beachtet. Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken wurden durch Einzelwertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Das gezeichnete Kapital wurde zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages passiviert. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Mitzugehörigkeitsvermerke In der Bilanz sind folgende Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern ausgewiesen: In den Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind Verbindlichkeiten gegen Gesellschafter in Höhe von EUR 52.057,60 (Vorjahr EUR 61.522,56) enthalten. Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz - AKTIVA Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2016 weist einen "Nicht durch Eigenkapital gedeckten Fehlbetrag" in Höhe von EUR 335.128,28 aus. Die Gesellschaft wurde mit Ablauf des 31. Januar 2017 aufgelöst und befindet sich seitdem in Liquidation. Die Bewertung wurde daher nicht unter der Annahme der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit (§252 Abs.1 Nr. 2 HGB) vorgenommen. Die Bewertung erfolgte zu Zerschlagungswerten. Sonstige Angaben Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres im Unternehmen beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 1.
