ANHANGzum 31. Dezember 2009 I. Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft ist nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen werden soweit vorhanden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden linear vorgenommen, erfolgen unter Zugrundelegung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer und entsprechen den steuerlichen Abschreibungen. Die Abschreibungsbemessung im Jahr des Zugangs erfolgt pro rata temporis. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben und als Abgang erfasst. Handelswaren werden zu Anschaffungspreisen oder den am Bilanzstichtag niedrigeren beizulegenden Werten bewertet. Lagerbestandsrisiken sind durch Abschläge angemessen berücksichtigt. Geleistete Anzahlungen werden zum Nennwert bilanziert. Forderungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände und liquide Mittel werden zu Nennwerten bilanziert. Daneben werden bei Forderungen erkennbare Einzelrisiken durch individuell bemessene Einzelwertberichtigungen sowie allgemeine Kreditrisiken durch Pauschalwertberichtigungen in angemessenem Umfang berücksichtigt. Fremdwährungsforderungen und Fremdwährungsguthaben werden mit dem Anschaffungskurs bzw. niedrigerem Briefkurs am Bilanzstichtag bewertet. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verpflichtungen und erkennbare Risiken der Gesellschaft und sind in Höhe ihrer voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Fremdwährungsverbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Anschaffungskurs bzw. höheren Geldkurs bewertet. III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz 1. Anlagevermögen Einzelheiten zur Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens sind soweit vorhanden im Anlagespiegel dargestellt, welcher gemäß § 274 Abs. 1 HGB nicht offen gelegt wird. 2. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben wie im Vorjahr eine Restlaufzeit von nicht mehr als einem Jahr. 3. Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind, soweit vorhanden, nach vernünftigen kaufmännischen Grundsätzen ermittelt. 4. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten belaufen sich zum 31.12.2009 auf insgesamt EUR 0,00, davon betragen die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr EUR 0,00. Restlaufzeiten über 5 Jahre bestehen nicht. IV. Sonstige Angaben 1. Angaben zu den Organen der Gesellschaft Mitglieder der Geschäftsführung: Ursula Menzi, Rorschach, Kauffrau Auf die Angaben zur Geschäftsführervergütung gemäß § 285 Nr.9 HGB wird unter Anwendung der Erleichterungsregel des § 286 (4) HGB verzichtet. 2. Haftungsverhältnisse und sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen Der Gesamtbetrag der sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen beträgt zum 31.12.2009 EUR 0,00 (Vj.: EUR 0,00). 3. Mitarbeiter Die durchschnittliche Zahl der im Geschäftsjahr beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 0. Rorschach, 29. Dezember 2010 Ursula Menzi (Geschäftsführer)
