ANHANGDie Geschäftsführung lag im Berichtsjahr in den Händen von Herrn Peter Schaal. Trotz der zum Bilanzstichtag bestehenden nominalen Überschuldung bestehen keine Liquiditätsrisiken. Die Überschuldung ist durch Rangrücktrittserklärung des Gesellschafters beseitigt worden. In 2009 fand eine Restrukturierung der Gesellschaft mit Personalabbau statt. Die Gesellschaft ist seitdem in den Folgejahren in die Gewinnzone zurückgekehrt. Bilanzierungswahlrechte und Bilanzierungshilfen wurden nicht in Anspruch genommen. Die Sachanlagen werden mit Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet. Die beweglichen Anlagegüter werden nach Maßgaben der jeweils kürzesten steuerlich für zulässig gehaltenen Nutzungsdauer grundsätzlich linear abgeschrieben. Der Warenbestand wird zu durchschnittlichen Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten oder zu den niedrigsten Tagespreisen zum Bilanzstichtag angesetzt. Bestandsrisiken, die sich aus der Lagerdauer oder verminderter Verwendbarkeit ergeben, werden durch Abwertung berücksichtigt. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nominalwert eigesetzt. So weit erforderlich, wurden Einzelwertberichtigungen gebildet. Dem allgemeinen Kreditrisiko wird durch Pauschalwertberichtigungen zu Forderungen ausreichend Rechnung getragen. Die Rückstellungen sind gemäß § 253 Abs. 1 HGB nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung passiviert worden, sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und Verpflichtungen. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert.
