Anhang1. Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Gliederungs-, Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung und bei der Offenlegung (§§ 288, 326 HGB) des Jahresabschlusses wurden in Anspruch genommen. Bilanzierungsmethoden Im Jahresabschluss sind sämtliche Vermögensgegenstände, Schulden, Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten, Aufwendungen und Erträge enthalten, soweit gesetzlich nichts anderes bestimmt ist. Die Posten der Aktivseite sind nicht mit Posten der Passivseite, Aufwendungen nicht mit Erträgen, Grundstücksrechte nicht mit Grundstückslasten verrechnet worden. Bewertungsmethoden Bei der Bewertung wurde von der Fortführung des Unternehmens ausgegangen. Die Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden wurden einzeln bewertet. Einzelne Positionen wurden wie folgt bewertet: Die Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen bewertet. Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, sofern ein entsprechen der Sachverhalt vorlag auf den niedrigeren Marktpreis am Abschlusstag abgeschrieben. Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken wurden durch Einzelwertberichtigung berücksichtigt. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag ausgewiesen. Die Rückstellungen wurden von der Gesellschaft nach üblicher kaufmännischer Schätzung ermittelt. Sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. 2. Haftungsverhältnisse und sonstige finanziellen Verpflichtungen sind nicht vorhanden. 3. Ergebnisverwendung Der Jahresüberschuss/-fehlbetrag wird gemäss Beschluss der Gesellschafterversammlung auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen. 4. Sonstige Angaben Ein Aufsichtsrat oder Beirat besteht nicht. Die Geschäftsführung erfolgt durch Frau Ursula Hirsch. Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Berichtsjahr keine Arbeitnehmer. |
