Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2010I. Allgemeine Erläuterungen Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft für das Geschäftsjahr 2010 wurde nach den Grundsätzen der §§ 238ff HGB, insbesondere nach den Vorschriften für die Kapitalgesellschaften gem. §§ 264 HGB und den Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes erstellt. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen bezüglich der Form der Darstellung wurde Gebrauch gemacht. Auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichts wurde aufgrund des § 264 Abs. 1 S. 3 HGB verzichtet. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Der Jahresabschluss 2010 wurde nach den im Vorjahr angewendeten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften aufgestellt. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Sachanlagevermögen werden linear abgeschrieben. Für geringwertige Anlagegüter wird die Vereinfachungsregelung des § 6 Abs. 2 EStG angewandt. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken sind durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlich ist, um alle erkennbaren Risiken zu erfassen. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt. III. Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz Die Forderungen sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Das Eigenkapital beinhaltet das Nennkapital, den Gewinn- und den Verlustvortrag, die Kapitalrücklage sowie den Jahresüberschuss des laufenden Jahres. Die Steuerrückstellungen betreffen die Ertragsteuern des laufenden Geschäftsjahres. Die Verbindlichkeiten - mit Ausnahme der Einlage des atypisch stillen Gesellschafters - sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. IV. sonstige Angaben Mitglieder der Geschäftsführung waren im Jahr 2010 Herr Stephan Hantigk und Herr Uwe Hunstock. Auf die Angabe der Geschäftsführerbezüge wird gemäß § 286 Abs. 4 HGB verzichtet. Die Gesellschaft hat im Jahr 2010 wie im Vorjahr durchschnittlich 2 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt. Das Jahresergebnis 2010 soll auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen werden. Berlin, den 19.
