Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgte gemäß § 266 Abs. 2 und 3 HGB. Der Zeitraum vom 1. Januar 2011 bis 17. April 2011 stellt ein Rumpfgeschäftsjahr dar. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen erfolgten unter Zugrundelegung der linearen Methode unter Berücksichtigung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände. Abnutzbare bewegliche Vermögensgegenstände mit Anschaffungskosten zwischen EUR 150,00 und EUR 1.000,00 werden über eine Nutzungsdauer von fünf Jahren linear abgeschrieben. Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie flüssige Mittel wurden mit dem Nennwert bilanziert. Die Bewertung der Rückstellungen erfolgte in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages. Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Fremdwährungsumrechnung Da das Gesamtbild der wirtschaftlichen Verhältnisse nicht beeinträchtigt wird, erfolgte die Umrechnung von Geschäftsvorfällen in fremder Währung zum Zeitpunkt der Erstverbuchung mit Hilfe eines Monatsdurchschnittskurses. Da das Gesamtbild der wirtschaftlichen Verhältnisse nicht beeinträchtigt wird, wurden Anpassungen zum Bilanzstichtag nicht vorgenommen. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Verbindlichkeiten Von den Verbindlichkeiten haben EUR 87.370,23 (Vorjahr: EUR 105.213,92) eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.
