Anhang zum 31.12.2011NETSCI Prof. Dr. Matthias Kramer GmbHA. Allgemeine Angaben und ErläuterungenDer vorliegende Jahresabschluss für das Wirtschaftsjahr vom 01. Januar 2011 bis 31. Dezember 2011 wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) aufgestellt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert. B. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu Positionen der Bilanz und der Gewinn und VerlustrechnungI. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDas Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige, nutzungsbedingte Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen werden beim beweglichen Anlagevermögen linear vorgenommen, wobei die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer zugrunde gelegt wird. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. II. Ergänzende AngabenGeschäftsführer unserer Gesellschaft ist Herr Prof. Dr. Matthias Kramer.
