AnhangI. Allgemeine Angaben zum JahresabschlussDie Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB). Die Gesellschaft wird unter der Handelsregisternummer HRB 15934 beim Amtsgericht Kassel geführt und hat ihren Sitz in Düsseldorf. II. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDie auf die Posten der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sowie deren Gliederung entsprechen den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften. Die Finanzanlagen wurden mit ihren Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Die Gesellschaft hält per 31.12.2018 folgende Beteiligungen:
Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind nicht durch Pfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte gesichert. Das Guthaben bei einem Kreditinstitut wurde mit dem Nennwert bilanziert. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden ausschließlich für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten gebildet und enthalten die betriebsüblichen Rückstellungen für Jahresabschlusskosten. Durch die gebildeten Rückstellungen werden alle bis zur Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses erkennbaren Risiken in Höhe des Betrages abgedeckt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt. III. Angaben zur Bilanz und Gewinn- und VerlustrechnungDie Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. EUR 10.984,73 der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Laufzeit von 2-5 Jahren. EUR 86.334,49 der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Laufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren. In den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen ist eine Forderung gegenüber Gesellschafter in Höhe von EUR 66.183,53 enthalten. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind nicht durch Pfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte gesichert. Die Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Laufzeit von bis zu 1 Jahr.
