ANHANGI. Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2010 ist nach den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Der Gliederung der Bilanz liegt § 266 Abs. 1 HBG zugrunde. Der Anhang enthält die Angaben nach §§ 284 ff. HGB. Das Wahlrecht, Angaben in der Bilanz oder im Anhang zu erläutern, wurde grundsätzlich zugunsten einer Angabe im Anhang ausgeübt. Gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB gehört die Gesellschaft zu den kleinen Kapitalgesellschaften. Sie hat auf die Aufstellung eines Lageberichts verzichtet (§ 264 Abs. 1 S. 4 HGB). II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Das Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten werden mit dem Nennwert bilanziert. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Der Bilanzverlust enthält einen Verlustvortrag aus dem Vorjahr von 2.886,62 €. IV. Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist Matthias Turck, Frankfurt am Main. Mülheim, 09. Dezember 2011
