A. Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze Darstellung, Gliederung, Ansatz und Bewertung des Jahresabschlusses entsprechen den Vorjahresgrundsätzen. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Das Sachanlagevermögen ist mit den aktivierungspflichtigen Anschaffungs-/ Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Nennwerten angesetzt. Alle erkennbaren Einzelrisiken werden bei der Bewertung berücksichtigt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages bewertet. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert. B. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz 1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben sämtlichst eine Laufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. 2. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten haben sämtlichst eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. C. Sonstige Angaben 1. Arbeitnehmer Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahrs beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer beträgt 11. 2. Organe der Gesellschaft Geschäftsführer sind:
