Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2018A. Allgemeine Angaben 1. Die Getronics Premium IT Services GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Neu-Isenburg. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Offenbach am Main unter dem Aktenzeichen HRB 48568 eingetragen. 2. Die Getronics Premium IT Services GmbH, Neu-Isenburg, rechnet gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB zu den kleinen Kapitalgesellschaften. Die für diese Gesellschaften geltenden größenabhängigen Erleichterungen bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden teilweise in Anspruch genommen. B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze 1. Bei der Bewertung wurde von der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit ausgegangen. 2. Die Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden wurden zum Bilanzstichtag einzeln bewertet. 3. Es wurde vorsichtig bewertet; insbesondere wurden alle vorhersehbaren Risiken und Verluste, die bis zum Bilanzstichtag entstanden waren, berücksichtigt. Gewinne wurden nur berücksichtigt, wenn sie am Bilanzstichtag realisiert waren. 4. Auf fremde Währung lautende Vermögensgegenstände und Verbindlichkeiten werden grundsätzlich mit dem Devisenkassamittelkurs zum Abschlussstichtag umgerechnet. C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz 1. Die Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens wurden mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. 2. Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum jeweiligen Nennwert bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Allen erkennbaren Risiken wird durch angemessene, einzeln vorgenommenen Abwertungen Rechnung getragen. In den Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen sind Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter i.H.v. € 293.408,70 (i.Vj. € 116.769,98) enthalten. 3. Der Kassenbestand und die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert bewertet. 4. Die Rückstellungen wurden mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen bewertet, die notwendig waren, um alle zum Zeitpunkt der Bilanzerstellung erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung abzudecken. 5. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt und sind wie folgt strukturiert:
In den Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschafter i.H.v. € 1.852.094,43 (i.Vj. € 607.293,94) entahlten. D.
