Die für die Bestandsführung notwendigen Daten sind vollständig erfasst. Der Kassenbestand zum Bilanzstichtag ist durch das Kassenbuch belegt. Die Bankguthaben wurden durch die jeweiligen Kontoauszüge zum 31.12.2011 nachgewiesen. Die Gesellschaft legte uns ordnungsgemäße Unterlagen über die Bemessung der Rückstellungen vor. Die zum Bilanzstichtag offenstehenden Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten sind durch Saldenlisten nachgewiesen. Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgte im Rahmen der Vorschriften des § 266 Abs. 2 und 3 HGB. Die Entwicklung der einzelnen Posten des Anlagevermögens im Sinne von § 268 Abs. 2 HGB - Anlagenspiegel - ist im Anhang dargestellt. Die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgte nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gem. § 275 Abs. 2 HGB. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsgrundsätzeDie Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden erfolgt entsprechend den handelsrechtlichen Bewertungsvorschriften unter Beachtung der Grundsätze ordnungsgemäßer Buchführung und Bilanzierung. Die Bewertung der Sachanlagen erfolgt mit den Anschaffungskosten unter Berücksichtigung von Anschaffungsnebenkosten und Anschaffungskostenminderungen, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen. Die Abschreibungen sind den steuerlichen Vorschriften entsprechend angesetzt. Die Rückstellung ist in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, mit dem die Gesellschaft voraussichtlich in Anspruch genommen wird.
