ANHANGAllgemeine Angaben Die eks Holding GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Leipzig und ist eingetragen in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Leipzig (Reg.Nr. HRB 29718). Sie ist zum Bilanzstichtag 31. Dezember 2023 eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 HGB. Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss erfolgte nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und den Vorschriften des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung (GmbHG). Der Abschluss umfasst die Bilanz, die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und den Anhang. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist entsprechend § 275 Abs. 2 HGB nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Geschäftsjahr ist das Kalenderjahr. Im Interesse einer besseren Klarheit und Übersichtlichkeit werden die Vermerke, die wahlweise in der Bilanz bzw. Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung anzubringen sind, weitestgehend im Anhang aufgeführt. Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter der Annahme der Unternehmensfortführung (Going-Concern) aufgestellt.
