Allgemeine Angaben

Die MYFIT24 GmbH mit Sitz in Düsseldorf wird beim Amtsgericht Düsseldorf unter der Registernummer HRB 69770 geführt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB vorgegebenen Größenklassen gehört die Gesellschaft unter Zugrundelegung der Daten für die Geschäftsjahre 2023 und 2022 zu den kleinen Kapitalgesellschaften.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Sachanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten ohne Berücksichtigung von Fremdkapitalzinsen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden nach der linearen Methode vorgenommen. Die betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauern werden in Anlehnung an die steuerlichen AfA-Tabellen ermittelt.

Das Umlaufvermögen wird zu Anschaffungkosten unter Berücksichtigung des Niederstwertprinzips bewertet.

Durch die Bildung von Rückstellungen wird allen erkennbaren Risiken ausreichend Rechnung getragen. Sie sind mit den nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbeträgen bewertet.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden des Vorjahres wurden unverändert beibehalten.
