Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

1 Allgemeine Hinweise

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

Das Geschäftsjahr umfasst den Zeitraum vom 1. Januar bis zum 31. Dezember 2023.

Die Gesellschaft hat ihren Sitz in München und ist im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht München unter HRB 241676 eingetragen.

Erleichterungsregelungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurden zum Teil in Anspruch genommen.

2 Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.

Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten einschließlich Anschaffungsnebenkosten oder einem eventuell niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert bewertet. Eine Abschreibung auf den niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert erfolgt bei voraussichtlich dauernder Wertminderung.

Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und drohenden Verluste aus schwebenden Geschäften. Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.

3 Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Mit Gesellschafterbeschluss vom 2. November 2023 wurde beschlossen, dass ein Betrag von TEUR 5.000 zusätzlich durch Bareinzahlung in die Kapitalrücklage geleistet wird. Der Stand der Kapitalrücklage beträgt somit zum 31. Dezember 2023 TEUR 34.058.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden im Wesentlichen für Aufwendungen betreffend der Jahresabschlusserstellung und -prüfung gebildet.

4 Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Haftungsverhältnisse/sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Es bestehen keine Haftungsverhältnisse oder wesentliche sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen der Gesellschaft.

Arbeitnehmer

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigt kein eigenes Personal.

Geschäftsführung

Im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens von Stefan Happak und Jan Hähnel geführt.
