ANHANGBilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Die Sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nominalwert bilanziert. Die Rückstellungen decken alle erkennbaren Risiken und Verpflichtungen in angemessener Höhe. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Das in den Sachanlagen ausgewiesene unbebaute Grundstück betrifft das mit Kaufvertrag vom 15.07.2009 erworbene Grundstück in der Gemarkung Pullach im Isartal, Flustück 441/3 mit Besitzübergang 31.05.2010. Unter Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind die Körperschaftsteuer-Forderung 2009 (120,00 €), Solidaritätszuschlag-Forderung 2009 (6,57 €), Körperschaftsteuer-Forderung 2010 (40,00 €) und Solidaritätszuschlag-Forderung 2010 (2,15 €) erfasst. Die Sonstigen Rückstellungen sind Rückstellungen für Jahresabschluss und Steuererklärungen 2010. Die Sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten (Verbindlichkeiten von 189,45 € mit eienr Restlaufzeit bis zu 1 Jahr) sind Verbindlichkeiten für Buchführung 2010.
