§ 268 Abs. 2 HGB - Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens
Gliederung und Entwicklung sind aus dem Anlagenspiegel ersichtlich.
§ 268 Abs. 5 HGB - Kurzfristige Verbindlichkeiten, Anzahlungen, Rückstellungen
Die entsprechenden Angaben sind aus dem Verbindlichkeitsspiegel bzw. aus den Anlagen ersichtlich.
§ 284 Abs. 2 Ziff. 1 HGB - Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze
Das Anlage-, wie auch das Umlaufvermögen wurden mit den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zu dem Bilanzstichtag mit dem jeweiligen Valutenstand angesetzt, die Rückstellung beinhalten sämtliche bekannten Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten.
§ 285 Abs. 1.+ HGB - Laufzeit und Besicherung von Verbindlichkeiten
Diese Angaben sind aus dem Verbindlichkeitsspiegel ersichtlich.
