Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde nach den maßgeblichen Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und denen des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Bilanz sowie die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sind entsprechend den Bestimmungen des HGB gem. §§ 266, 275 HGB gegliedert. Auf die Anwendung des BilMoG wurde aus Unwesentlichkeitsgründen verzichtet. Gem. § 274a Nr.5 HGB wird auf Grund der Größenklasse der Gesellschaft auf eine Bilanzierung latenter Steuern verzichtet. Die Wertansätze in der Bilanz der Hotel Merian GmbH zum 31.12.2022 wurden unverändert als Bilanzvorträge in neue Rechnung übernommen. Die Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen entsprechend der Nutzungsdauer angesetzt.Als Abschreibungsmethode kam die lineare Absetzung für Abnutzung zur Anwendung.Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter bis zu Anschaffungskosten von 800,- € wurden sofort als Aufwand behandelt. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich zum Nominalwert angesetzt.Bei den Forderungen aus Lieferung und Leistungen sind Einzelrisiken durch Einzelwertberichtigungen, das allgemeine Kreditrisiko durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung, berücksichtigt. Der Kassenbestand, Bundesbankguthaben, Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten und Schecks sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Eigenkapitalpositionen sind mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen beinhalten sämtliche, nach vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erkennbaren Risiken. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert.Sie haben eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen Jahresabschluss- und Steuererklärungskosten sowie übrige Rückstellungen. Haftungsverhältnisse i. S. d. § 251 HGB haben zum Bilanzstichtag nicht bestanden. Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres lag die Führung der Geschäfte bei Wu Li.
