ANHANGI. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN ZUM JAHRESABSCHLUSSDie Encore Holding GmbH, München, ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2010 ist - einschließlich Anlagen - den gesetzlichen Vorschriften entsprechend aufgestellt. Eine Pflicht zur Prüfung des Jahresabschlusses der Gesellschaft besteht gemäß § 316 Abs. 1 Satz 1 HGB nicht. Die Aufstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgte nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren. II. BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSGRUNDSÄTZEDie Bilanz und die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurden den §§ 266 und 275 HGB entsprechend gegliedert. Die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgte zu Nennwerten. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und wurden in Höhe der zu erwartenden Inanspruchnahme gebildet. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zu Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt. III. ERLÄUTERUNGEN ZUR BILANZ1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände In dieser Position sind keine Posten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr enthalten. 2. Eigenkapital Das gezeichnete Kapital in Höhe von € 25.000,00 ist in voller Höhe einbezahlt. 3. Sonstige Rückstellungen Die Position enthält Rückstellungen für Abschluss- und Steuerberatungskosten. 4. Verbindlichkeiten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren bestehen nicht. IV. SONSTIGE ANGABENDie Gesellschaft ist Komplementärin ohne Kapitaleinlage der Encore Germany GmbH & Co. KG, HRA 88890 mit Sitz in München.
