Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2013I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2013 der Pro Personalmanagement GmbH wurde nach den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des Handelsgesetzbuches und den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die auf den vorhergehenden Jahresabschluss angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden grundsätzlich beibehalten. Von den Erleichterungsmöglichkeiten der §§ 266 Abs. 1, 274 a, 276 und 288 HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurde bei der Aufstellung von Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung in eingeschränktem Umfang Gebrauch gemacht. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Sachanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen unter Berücksichtigung der wirtschaftlichen Nutzungsdauer angesetzt. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis zu Euro 150,00 sind im Jahr des Zugangs in voller Höhe als Betriebsausgaben abgesetzt. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten zwischen Euro 150,00 und Euro 1.000,00 werden mit den Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen unter Berücksichtigung einer Nutzungsdauer von fünf Jahren angesetzt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie die Kassenbestände und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zu Nennwerten bewertet. Die ausgewiesenen Rückstellungen werden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung bewertet. Ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und Risiken wurden in angemessener Höhe berücksichtigt. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Sämtliche Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. IV. Sonstige Angaben Angaben über Mitglieder des Geschäftsführungsorgans
Konzernverhältnisse Die Gesellschaft ist ein Tochterunternehmen i. S. d. § 290 HGB der Pro Personalmanagement Serviceleistungen GmbH, Hamburg, die 75% der Geschäftsanteile der Pro Personalmanagement GmbH hält. Die Pro Personalmanagement Serviceleistungen GmbH, Hamburg, wird ihrerseits in den Konzernabschluss der obersten, inländischen Konzernmutter, der Pflüger Schulz Esposito PSE Management Consultancy GmbH & Co. KG, Hamburg, einbezogen. Der Konzernabschluss der Pflüger Schulz Esposito PSE Management Consultancy GmbH & Co. KG wird beim elektronischen Bundesanzeiger offengelegt. Haftungsverhältnisse Zum Bilanzstichtag bestanden keine Haftungsverhältnisse, die sich nicht aus der Bilanz ergeben und nach § 251 HGB i. V. m. § 268 Abs. 7 HGB wahlweise im Anhang anzugeben sind.
