Anhang zum Jahresabschluss per 31. Dezember 2012Allgemeine AngabenDer Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2012 ist entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften des HGB und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die LEGIOS GmbH weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Von den Erleichterungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurde grundsätzlich Gebrauch gemacht. Zur Vermeidung einer eventuell mit der bilanziellen Unterdeckung einhergehenden Überschuldung der Gesellschaft hat die Gesellschafterin in einer Patronatserklärung die uneingeschränkte Verpflichtung übernommen, die LEGIOS GmbH finanziell so auszustatten, dass sie stets in der Lage ist, ihren gegenwärtigen und zukünftigen Verbindlichkeiten fristgerecht nachzukommen. Aufgrund dieser Patronatserklärung erfolgte die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses unter der Going-Concern-Annahme. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsgrundsätzeDie immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens und das Sachanlagevermögen werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Die Abschreibungen werden linear vorgenommen. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden aus Vereinfachungsgründen analog der steuerlich höchstzulässigen Sätze abgeschrieben. Die Forderungen werden mit dem Nennwert ausgewiesen. Alle bis zum Zeitpunkt der Bilanzaufstellung erkennbaren Risiken wurden durch Einzelwert- und Pauschalwertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert ausgewiesen. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle bis zum Zeitpunkt der Bilanzaufstellung erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Angaben zur BilanzForderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Sämtliche Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Verbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Von den Verbindlichkeiten entfallen T€ 1.248 (Vj. T€ 1.193) auf Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschafter. Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern setzen sich zusammen aus Gesellschafterdarlehen (T€ 1.165) und Liefer- und Leistungsverbindlichkeiten (T€ 83). Die Sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten enthalten Darlehen, die ohne eine bestimmte Laufzeit gewährt wurden. Sonstige AngabenGeschäftsführung Geschäftsführer in 2012 waren Herr Prof. Dr. Felix Hey und Herr Andre Schaper.
