Anhang1. Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde unter Anwendung der Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft hat nach den Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB Rechnung zu legen. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bewertungs- und Bilanzierungsvorschriften wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert angewandt, sofern das Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG) keine gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bewertung oder Bilanzierung aufgab. Die ausgewiesenen Vorjahreszahlen wurden nicht an die neue Rechnungslegungsvorschriften angepasst und sind insoweit nur bedingt vergleichbar. Die Vermögensgegenstände der Gesellschaft wurden grundsätzlich mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten angesetzt und planmäßig über die Nutzungsdauer abgeschrieben. Soweit erforderlich, wurde ein am Bilanzstichtag niedrigerer beizulegender Wert angesetzt. Die Bewertung der Warenbestände erfolgte zu Anschaffungskosten einschließlich der Anschaffungsnebenkosten. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nominalwert aktiviert. Zweifelhafte und uneinbringliche Posten wurden wertberichtigt bzw. abgeschrieben. Das allgemeine Kreditrisiko wurde durch Pauschalwertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Die Steuerrückstellungen und sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle im Zeitpunkt der Bilanzerstellung erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag, welcher nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlich ist. Verbindlichkeiten sind nicht vorhanden. 3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Sämtliche Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Die Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern betragen 9.807,42 €. Gezeichnetes Kapital Das gezeichnete Kapital zum 31. Dezember 2010 beträgt 25.000,00 €. 4. Sonstige Angaben Angaben zur Geschäftsführung Als Geschäftsführer ist Herr Dr. Marcell Vollmer bestellt. Ladenburg, 14.12.2011 VVH Versandhandel GmbH
