Anhang1. Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die Gliederung der Bilanz und die Gliederung der Gewinn und Verlustrechnung entsprechen den §§ 266 und 175 HGB sowie § 42 GmbH, wobei für die Gewinn-und Verlustrechnung das Gesamtkostenverfahren Anwendung findet. Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss beinhaltet das Rumpfgeschäftsjahr vom 19. Januar bis 31. Dezember 2010. Geschäftsjahr ist das Kalenderjahr. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurden in Anspruch genommen. Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beachtung der generellen Bewertungsvorschriften der §§ 252 - 256 HGB, sowie unter Berücksichtigung der besonderen Ansatz- und Bewertungsbestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 269 - 274, 179 - 183 HGB) aufgestellt. A K T I V A Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten, unter Berücksichtigung von Anschaffungsnebenkosten und Preisnachlässen, vermindert um abnutzungsbedingte planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Der Ausweis erfolgt nach der direkten Bruttomethode gemäß § 268 Abs. 2 HGB. Alle Abschreibungen wurden auf der Grundlage der linearen Methode zeitanteilig unter Berücksichtigung der steuerlich zulässigen Höchstsätze ermittelt. P A S S I V A Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. 2. Sonstige Angaben Zum Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist
