Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2011Grundlagen der Rechnungslegung Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde nach den maßgeblichen Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und denen des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Bilanz sowie die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sind entsprechend den Bestimmungen des HGB gem. §§ 266, 275 HGB gegliedert. Die Darstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gem. § 272 Abs. 2 HGB erstellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 abs. 1 HGB Grundsätze zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung Die Wertansätze in der Eröffnungsbilanz der ParCoSell GmbH zum 01.01.2011 wurden unverändert als Bilanzvorträge in neue Rechnung übernommen. Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind Einzelrisiken durch Einzelwertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Der Kassenbestand, Bankguthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die Eigenkapitalpositionen sind mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen wurden allen erkennbaren Risiken angemessen und ausreichend Rechnung getragen Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen die Kosten für die Erstellung und Prüfung des Jahresabschlusses und für die Erstellung der Steuererklärungen.
