Anhang 2010I. Allgemeine Angaben zum JahresabschlussDer Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2010 wurde nach den Bestimmungen des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes sowie der ergänzenden Bestimmungen des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen GmbH gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurde von den Erleichterungsvorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß §§ 266 Abs. 1 Satz 3 und 276 HGB abgesehen. Von den Erleichterungen gemäß § 274a, § 288 HGB wurde teilweise Gebrauch gemacht. Der Jahresabschluss wurde erstmals nach den Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) aufgestellt. Eine Durchbrechung der Stetigkeit liegt insoweit nicht vor (Art. 67 VIII Satz 1 EGHGB). Die Vorjahreszahlen wurden entsprechend Art. 67 VIII Satz 2 EGHGB nicht angepasst. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenIm Einzelnen wurden folgende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden angewendet: Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden grundsätzlich zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalbetrag angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. III. Angaben zur BilanzDie Forderungen gegen Unternehmen, mit denen ein Beteiligungsverhältnis besteht, resultiert gegenüber der Creathor Fund II Vermögensverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG aus Ansprüchen der Gesellschaft auf ihre Haftungsvergütung. In den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen werden Forderungen aus Körperschaftsteuer ausgewiesen. Das Eigenkapital enthält das gezeichnete Kapital sowie bestehende Gewinnvorträge und den Jahresüberschuss des Berichtsjahres. Die Steuerrückstellung beinhaltet die Rückstellungen für die Körperschaftssteuer des Jahres 2010. Unter den sonstigen Rückstellungen werden insbesondere Aufwendungen zur Jahresabschlusserstellung ausgewiesen. Unter den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten werden Verbindlichkeiten aus Umsatzsteuer gezeigt.
