Anhangfür das Geschäftsjahr 2015Grundlagen der RechnungslegungSoweit ein Wahlrecht hinsichtlich der Angaben in der Bilanz bzw. Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung einerseits oder dem Anhang andererseits besteht, wurde dieses Wahlrecht aus Gründen der Übersichtlichkeit grundsätzlich zu Gunsten der Angaben im Anhang ausgeübt. Grundsätze zur Bilanzierung und BewertungBilanzierung Die Bilanzierungsmethoden sind gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert geblieben. Bewertung Eine Änderung hinsichtlich der Bewertungsmethoden ist gegenüber dem Vorjahr nicht zu verzeichnen. Die Bewertung erfolgte entsprechend den Bewertungsgrundsätzen des § 252 HGB. Ein grundlegender Wechsel der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr wurde nicht vorgenommen. Beim Jahresabschluss wurden die bisherigen Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen. Umlaufvermögen Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Bei den Forderungen aus Lieferung und Leistungen sind Einzelrisiken durch Einzelwertberichtigungen, das allgemeine Kreditrisiko durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung berücksichtigt. Die übrigen Rückstellungen (Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen) werden so bemessen, dass sie nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung allen erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen Rechnung tragen. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Sofern die Tageswerte über dem Erfülungsbetrag lagen, wurden die Verbindlichkeiten zum höheren Tageswert angesetzt. Angaben zur Passivseite Die Geschäftsführung der Weiss Yachting GmbH schlägt vor, den Jahresüberschuss für das Geschäftsjahr 2015 in Höhe von EUR -1.214,99 in voller Höhe auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. Auf der Gesellschafterversammlung vom wurde der Vorschlag der Geschäftsführung zur Ergebnisverwendung angenommen. Frankfurt, den - Geschäftsführung - Die Feststellung bzw.
