Anhang1. Allgemeine Angaben zum JahresabschlussDie Dresscode Textilvertriebs GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Darmstadt. Sie ist eingetragen im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Darmstadt unter HRB 9310. Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Gliederungs-, Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt. Ergänzend hierzu wurden die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet. Die Ausweis- und Gliederungsbestimmungen entsprechen den gesetzlichen Vorschriften. 2. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDer vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs und den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Bilanzierung der Sachanlagen erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten unter Berücksichtigung nutzungsbedingter planmäßiger Abschreibungen. Die beweglichen Anlagegüter werden linear abgeschrieben. Die Bewertung der Vorräte erfolgte zu den Anschaffungskosten, soweit nicht ein niedrigerer Wert beizulegen war. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt. Flüssige Mittel werden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt. Rückstellungen erfassen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. 3. Erläuterungen zur BilanzVerbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr bestehen in Höhe von EUR 820.483,29 (Vorjahr: EUR 659.650,33). Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestehen in Höhe von EUR 351.562,50 (Vorjahr: EUR 380.773,00). Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren bestehen in Höhe von EUR 164.062,50 (Vorjahr: EUR 210.937,50). In dem Bilanzgewinn ist ein Gewinnvortrag in Höhe von EUR 233.211,80 enthalten. 4. Sonstige AngabenDie Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Geschäftsjahr durchschnittlich 66 Mitarbeiter.
