Die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte nach den
Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) in der Fassung
des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG).
Die Gesellschaft ist zum Abschlussstichtag als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB einzustufen. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden in Anspruch genommen. Die dem Vorjahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2021 zugrunde liegenden Ansatz-, Bewertungs- und Ausweismethoden werden unverändert fortgeführt soweit nicht neue Erkentnisse eine abweichende Bewertung erforderten bzw. sich durch den Ansatz der neuen HGB Vorschrfiten nach BilRUG ergaben. Die Geschäftsleitung geht von der Fortführung des Unternehmens aus (going concern). Die Gesellschaft ist buchmäßig überschuldet. Gleichwohl kann von der Fortführung des Unternehmens ausgegangen werden, da im Unternehmen stille Reserven vorhanden sind. Zudem liegt eine Patronatserklärung vor, auf Grund derer die buchmäßige Überschuldung beseitigt ist. Informationen zur BilanzDie Vermögensgegenstände sind mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bewertet worden. Bei abnutzbaren Vermögensgegenständen sind planmäßige Abschreibungen vorgenommen worden. Die Nutzungsdauer wurde anhand der von der Finanzverwaltung veröffentlichten Abschreibungstabellen ermittelt. Soweit erforderlich sind die niedrigeren beizulegenden Werte angesetzt worden. Für geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bis 800,00 EUR wurde auch in der Handelsbilanz vom Wahlrecht gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG Gebrauch gemacht und im Jahr der Anschaffung zugleich ein Abgang unterstellt. Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände i.H.v. 314.015,71 EUR haben unterschiedliche Restlaufzeiten. Die Forderungen i.H.v. 255.911,81 EUR haben eine Restlaufzeit von 1 bis 5 Jahren und die restlichen Forderungen 58.103,90 EUR haben eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr. Der im Bilanzverlust enthaltene Gewinnvortrag beträgt 12.119,19 EUR. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt worden, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist, um alle zum Bilanzstichtag drohenden Verluste und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten abzudecken. Soweit Rückstellungen eine Restlaufzeit von über einem Jahr ausweisen, wurden sie mit einem Zinssatz in Höhe von 5,5 % abgezinst. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Sie sind wie folgt fällig:
Sicherheiten wurden nicht gestellt. Bei den Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen besteht der übliche Eigentumsvorbehalt. Sonstige AngabenZum Abschlussstichtag bestanden keine in der Bilanz nicht ausgewiesene Haftungsverhältnisse im Sinne des § 251 HGB.
