AnhangI. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss und zu den Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDer vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbHG aufgestellt. Die Bilanz wurde aufgestellt unter Berücksichtigung der vollständigen Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft wurde von den laut § 288 HGB möglichen Erleichterungen bei den Angaben Gebrauch gemacht. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Bei Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses zum 31. Dezember 2009 wurde nicht mehr von einer Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB) ausgegangen (Nichtanwendung der Going-concern-Prämisse). Die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände erfolgt zum Nennwert. Bei den Forderungen werden erkennbare Einzelrisiken durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Dem allgemeinen Kreditrisiko wird durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung zu Forderungen Rechnung getragen. Das Eigenkapital entspricht dem Kapital laut Gesellschaftsvertrag sowie der Handelsregistereintragung und ist voll eingezahlt. Die Sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. II. Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der BilanzEigenkapital Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt € 1.500.000,00 und wird in voller Höhe von der von Eben-Worlée Chemie Beteiligungs GmbH, Hamburg, (bis zum 26.06.2009 von der Intertee Handelsgesellschaft Gesing & Company GmbH, Norderstedt,) gehalten. Der ausgewiesene Bilanzverlust beinhaltet einen Verlustvortrag von € 2.979.935,77 (Vorjahr: € 2.976.706,02). III. Ergänzende AngabenGeschäftsführer Geschäftsführer waren im Berichtsjahr bis zum 26.06.2009 Herr Matthias Hahnkamm, Kaufmann, Hamburg. Seit dem 26.06.2009 ist Herr Reinhold von Eben-Worlée, Kaufmann, Hamburg, Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft. Der Geschäftsführer vertritt die Gesellschaft allein und ist von den Beschränkungen nach § 181 BGB befreit.
