Anhang für 2020Allgemeine Hinweise Der vorliegende Abschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des Gesellschaftsvertrags aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft erfüllt die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB) aufgestellt. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses gemäß §§ 274a und 288 HGB wurden zum Teil in Anspruch genommen. Registerinformationen Die Gesellschaft ist unter der Firma DS Schiffahrt Management GmbH mit Sitz in Hamburg im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichtes Hamburg unter der Nummer HRB 95733 eingetragen. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Für die Aufstellung des Abschlusses waren unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Allen risikobehafteten Posten ist durch die Bildung angemessener Einzelwertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen. Die Steuerrückstellungen und die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in der Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Auf fremde Währung lautende Vermögensgegenstände und Verbindlichkeiten wurden grundsätzlich mit dem Devisenkassamittelkurs zum Abschlussstichtag umgerechnet. Bei einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr wurde dabei das Realisationsprinzip (§252 Abs. 1 Nr. 4 Halbsatz 2 HGB) und das Anschaffungskostenprinzip (§ 253 Abs. 1 Satz 1 HGB) beachtet. Aufwendungen und Erträge in fremder Währung wurden zum Tageskurs umgerechnet. Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden übernommen werden. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Rückstellungen Die Steuerrückstellungen berücksichtigen den voraussichtlichen Steueraufwand der Gesellschaft. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen beinhalten im Wesentlichen Rückstellungen für ausstehende Rechnungen sowie für steuerliche Beratungen. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Gemäß §326 HGB entfallen die Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung. Sonstige Angaben Anzahl der Mitarbeiter Im Geschäftsjahr waren keine Mitarbeiter beschäftigt. Geschäftsführung Als Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft waren folgende Personen bestellt:

Konzernverhältnisse Der Jahresabschluss wird in den Konzernabschluss der JS Holding GmbH & Co. KG, Dortmund, einbezogen. Dieser ist beim elektronischen Bundesanzeiger erhältlich. Nachtragsbericht Besondere Ereignisse nach dem Bilanzstichtag haben sich nicht ergeben.
