Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2018/191. Allgemeine Angaben Die House of Brands GmbH mit Sitz in Hamburg ist beim Amtsgericht Hamburg unter der Nummer HRB 118553 im Handelsregister eingetragen. Der Geschäftsbetrieb der Gesellschaft wurde gemäß Gesellschafterbeschluss vom 04. November 2015 zum 30. April 2016 eingestellt. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Bewertung von Finanzanlagen Die Finanzanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Bewertung von Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen Die Forderungen und die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Nennwerten angesetzt. Bewertung von Rückstellungen Rückstellungen werden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe des notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags gebildet. Bewertung von Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. 3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Forderungen und sonstige Vermögengegenstände Die Forderungen bestehen in Höhe von TEUR 528 (i. Vj. TEUR 466) gegen Gesellschafter. Rückstellungen Der Ansatz der Rückstellungen für Altersversorgungsverpflichtungen nach Maßgabe des entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatzes aus den vergangenen zehn Geschäftsjahren ist um TEUR 138 niedriger als der Ansatz der Rückstellungen nach Maßgabe des entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatzes aus den vergangenen sieben Geschäftsjahren. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. 4. Sonstige Angaben Arbeitnehmer Die Gesellschaft beschäftigt keine eigenen Mitarbeiter. Konzernklausel Die Otto (GmbH & Co KG), Hamburg, als unmittelbares Mutternehmen der Gesellschaft, erstellt einen Konzernabschluss für den kleinsten Kreis der Konzernunternehmen und liegt diesen offen. Aus diesem Grunde ist die Gesellschaft gemäß § 291 Abs. 1 HGB von der Vepflichtung zur Aufstellung eines Konzernabschlusses befreit.
