Grundsätzliches zum Jahresabschluß Der Jahresabschluß der Codivo GmbH zum 31.12.2018 wurde auf der Grundlage der Gliederungs-, Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Dritten Buches des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften wurden die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlußstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden 2.1. Allgemeine Angaben 2.1.1. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Im Jahresabschluß sind sämtliche Vermögensgegenstände, Schulden, Aufwendungen und Erträge enthalten, soweit gesetzlich nichts anderes bestimmt ist. Bei der Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden wird vom Grundsatz der Unternehmensfortführung (going-concern-Prinzip gemäß § 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB) ausgegangen. Anlagevermögen Die Bewertung der Zugänge erfolgte zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. zu Herstellungskosten. Abschreibungen auf die Zugänge des Geschäftsjahres wurden nach der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer bemessen und erfolgten ausschließlich linear. Die Abschreibungen auf den Altbestand wurden planmäßig weitergeführt. Sonderabschreibungen wurden im Geschäftsjahr nach § 7g EStG nicht in Anspruch genommen. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Bewertung dieses Bilanzpostens erfolgte zum Nominalwert. Kassenbestand und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten Die Bewertung erfolgte zum Nominalwert. Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten, aktive Hierunter sind Ausgaben vor dem Abschlußstichtag ausgewiesen, soweit sie Aufwendungen für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen. Rückstellungen Hierunter wurden Vermögensminderungen als Passivposten ausgewiesen, soweit sie Aufwand vergangener Rechnungsperioden darstellen und soweit sie nicht den Bilanzansatz bestimmter Aktivposten korrigieren und sich nicht eindeutig, aber ausreichend quantifizieren lassen. Alle erkennbaren Risiken wurden ausreichend berücksichtigt. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zu ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag bewertet.
