AnhangI. Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss der Enders Consult GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs sowie nach dem Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG) aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz bzw. in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung gewählt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bis Euro 150,00 wurden aus Vereinfachungsgründen entsprechend § 6 Abs. 2a EStG im Erwerbsjahr voll, solche mit Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten von Euro 150,00 bis Euro 1.000,00 mit 20% abgeschrieben. Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr beträgt Euro 1.630,47 (Vorjahr: Euro 4.704,98). Zum 31.12.2012 bestanden Verbindlichkeiten in Form von Verrechnungskonten gegenüber Gesellschaftern (§ 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG) (Restlaufzeit 1-5 Jahre) in Höhe von insgesamt Euro 1.434,12. IV. Sonstige Angaben Organe Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahrs wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Personen geführt: Herrn Rolf Enders
