Anhang zum 31. Dezember 2022A. Allgemeine Angaben zum JahresabschlussDer Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 238 bis 288 HGB aufgestellt. Es wurden die für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Erleichterungen in Anspruch genommen. Auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichtes wurde verzichtet. Die gesetzlichen Gliederungsschemen der §§ 266 bzw. 275 HGB wurden angewandt. Von den Erleichterungen nach § 288 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht. Die angewandten Bewertungsmethoden blieben im Vergleich zum Vorjahr unverändert. B. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu den Positionen der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und VerlustrechnungI. Angaben zu Positionen der Bilanz Im Bereich des Anlagevermögens waren im Wirtschaftsjahr 2022 Zugänge zu verzeichnen. Die Abschreibungen werden linear vorgenommen. Aus Vereinfachungsgründen wurde auf die Erstellung eines Anlagenspiegels verzichtet. Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit unter einem Jahr wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Betrages passiviert. Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag bilanziert. Die Verbindlichkeiten des Geschäfts- und des Vorjahres mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr betrugen 180.955,17 € (Vorjahr: 224.417,31 €). II. Angaben zu Positionen der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen des § 276 HGB wurden in Anspruch genommen. C. Ergänzende AngabenDie Geschäftsführung der Frisco One GmbH oblag im Wirtschaftsjahr 2022 Herrn Tarik Süslü, Kaufmann. Es wurden durchschnittlich 79 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
