ANHANGAllgemeine Angaben DieFinanz-Vision GmbHwurde am 27. April 2007 in das Handelsregister des Amtsgericht Bremen eingetragen unter der HRB-Nr. 24142. Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist die Vermittlung von Versicherungen. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Absatz 1 HGB. Der Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß § 264 HGB i.V.m. § 242 HGB und § 42 GmbHG aufgestellt. Es wurden die Gliederungsvorschriften der § 265 ff. HGB für die Bilanz entsprechend angewendet. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden DasSachanlagevermögenwird zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um Abschreibungen und Zuschüsse, bewertet. Die nutzungsbedingten Normalabschreibungen werden planmäßig vorgenommen. ForderungenundSonstige Vermögensgegenständewerden grundsätzlich zum Nennwert bilanziert. Rückstellungenwerden für alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe der Beträge angesetzt, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig sind. DieVerbindlichkeitensind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Angaben zur Bilanz Anlagevermögen Die Entwicklung der einzelnen Posten des Anlagevermögens ist aus dem Anlagenspiegel zu ersehen. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Bei den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von € 22.108,76 (Vorjahr € 18.433,90 ) enthalten. Eigenkapital Das Stammkapital beträgt € 25.000,00. Davon sind € 16.370,00 eingezahlt. Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten ausstehende Jahresabschlusskosten.
